Job Summary
The Executive – Sales Support & Marketing will play a key role in supporting sales and business development operations through effective coordination, documentation management, customer communication, ERP updates, and reporting. The role involves maintaining sales tracking systems, coordinating quotations and tender documentation, managing customer follow-ups, and assisting in the preparation of technical documents, presentations, and sales budgeting to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and business growth initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support & Coordination
- Attend daily sales huddles and coordinate ongoing sales activities.
- Maintain and update the master sales and business development tracking sheet on a daily basis, including leads, customer calls, sample tracking, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Review and coordinate customer quotations before submission to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
- Ensure all inquiries, follow-ups, and customer interactions are updated in the ERP system within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with customers for quotation feedback and follow-up discussions.
- Maintain and manage the calendar for Business Development Head (BDH) meetings.
- Ensure clear differentiation and tracking between new business development activities and regular sales orders.
- Coordinate and maintain tender-related documentation and records.
Customer Communication & Documentation
- Conduct email communication, calls, and follow-ups with prospective customers for company and product introductions.
- Prepare and maintain COA, TDS, and SDS documents in ANAR format for traded products.
- Support customer relationship management through timely coordination and follow-ups.
Reporting & Marketing Support
- Assist in preparing growth presentations, sales reports, and management presentations.
- Support sales revenue budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for sales and business development functions.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel

Preferred Qualification & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or marketing support roles
- Experience in chemical, industrial, or manufacturing industry will be preferred
