We are supporting the RfQ process of airbags by simulating the components and technical concepts offered by the suppliers.
Your contribution is to provide an early qualification of the airbag system, e.g. regarding:
- inflator characteristics
- cushion volume
- airbag deployment and positioning
- impactor test
- restraint performance
You implement the airbag models into a virtual test environment, simulate the load cases and evaluate the results.
