Urbanblocks Realty LLP is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to the CEO. The role requires close coordination with the CEO across multiple real estate projects, including joint ventures and external project collaborations. The ideal candidate will act as a key coordination point between the CEO and internal teams, project stakeholders, partners, consultants, vendors, and other external parties. This is a dynamic role requiring flexibility, strong follow-up skills, confidentiality, and willingness to travel with the CEO for project visits and business requirements.
●Manage and coordinate the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, appointments, travel, and priorities.
● Accompany the CEO on project visits and business travel whenever required.
● Coordinate across multiple projects.
●Act as a central point of coordination between the CEO, internal departments, project teams, consultants, partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
●Track discussions, decisions, commitments, deadlines, and action items and ensure timely follow-ups.
● Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
● Organize and maintain important project-related and confidential documentation.
● Ensure smooth communication and information flow between the CEO and relevant stakeholders.
● Proactively identify pending tasks and follow up with concerned individuals until closure. ● Support the CEO in prioritising tasks and managing multiple ongoing activities efficiently. ● Adopt and utilize technology, AI tools, automation platforms, and digital systems to improve productivity and streamline processes.
● Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
● Undertake additional coordination and administrative responsibilities as required by the CEO.
Required Skills & Competencies
●Minimum 4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior leadership. ●Prior experience in the real estate, construction, infrastructure, or project-based industry is preferred.
● Excellent coordination, follow-up, and multitasking abilities.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
● Highly organized with excellent time-management skills.
● Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in coordinating with people at different levels. ● Tech enthusiast with a strong interest in digital tools, AI, and automated processes.
● Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity or collaboration tools. ● High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and reliability.
●Flexible and willing to travel frequently based on the CEO’s project visits and business requirements.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
