We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities. The candidate will be responsible for tracking procurement status, coordinating stock orders and dispatches, maintaining operational updates, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding procurement status and material updates
- Track purchase orders and ensure timely follow-up on deliveries
- Coordinate stock availability, order processing, and dispatch activities
- Maintain records of inward/outward stock movement and operational reports
- Share regular updates regarding campaigns, promotional activities, and field requirements
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth operations
- Monitor pending orders and ensure timely resolution of operational issues
- Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and operational documentation
- Ensure proper communication flow between management and concerned departments
- Support management in day-to-day operational coordination activities
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong follow-up and multitasking ability
- Basic knowledge of stock handling and procurement process
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Prior experience in operations coordination, procurement coordination, supply chain, or backend operations preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 1–3 years preferred
- Freshers with good coordination and communication skills may also apply
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,500.00 per month
