Roles and responsibilities

Ensure the successful execution of academic processes across the learner lifecycle by maintaining operational accuracy, process compliance, and timely completion of academic requirements.

Manage the administration of academic milestones, including assessments, evaluations, thesis activities, VIVAs, and other program requirements to support learner progression and program continuity.

Monitor learner progress against academic timelines, identify delays or exceptions, and take timely action to minimise disruptions to learner progression.

Maintain ownership of academic records, learner data, operational trackers, and program documentation, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and data integrity at all times.

Ensure all learner-facing academic resources, assessments, schedules, communications, and program information are accurate, current, and available within the Learning Management System (LMS).

Take responsibility for course launch readiness by ensuring academic content, assessments, faculty information, learner communications, and supporting resources meet established quality and operational standards prior to launch.

Monitor learner engagement, academic activity, feedback, and operational metrics, highlighting risks, trends, and improvement opportunities to relevant stakeholders.

Generate accurate reports, dashboards, and operational insights to support academic planning, decision-making, and performance monitoring.

Drive timely closure of academic operational requirements through effective coordination with faculty, student engagement teams, technology teams, content teams, partner universities, and other stakeholders.

Ensure learner queries, academic requests, and operational dependencies are resolved within defined timelines and service expectations.

Identify process gaps, operational inefficiencies, and recurring challenges, and actively contribute to the implementation of process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements.

Manage student certificate claim processes, ensuring timely verification, documentation accuracy, compliance validation, and issuance.

Ensure adherence to institutional policies, academic regulations, partner university requirements, and established quality standards across all academic operations.

Safeguard the confidentiality, accuracy, and integrity of learner and institutional data while ensuring compliance with applicable data privacy and information security requirements.
