IT Administrator / IT Executive (Digital Systems & Business Applications)

Precast Construction, Prefabricated Buildings, and Digital Commerce. As part
of our ongoing digital transformation journey, we are looking for a motivated
IT professional to support our enterprise applications, cloud infrastructure,
websites, and digital business initiatives.
This position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of
experience who possess a strong Computer Science background and are eager
to build a career in enterprise IT, cloud technologies, and digital business
solutions. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Applications & ERP Management
- Provide day-to-day support for the company's in-house ERP system.
- Assist in maintaining, testing, and improving ERP modules across
different business functions.
- Coordinate with internal users and external developers for ERP
enhancements, troubleshooting, and implementation of new features.
- Ensure smooth functioning of business applications across departments.
Website Development & Management
- Develop, maintain, and update company websites.
- Manage website hosting, domains, SSL certificates, and security.
- Create and maintain landing pages, enquiry forms, and digital content.
- Ensure website performance, uptime, responsiveness, and regular
maintenance.
- Coordinate with designers and external developers whenever required.

Digital Integration & Automation
- Support integration between the ERP system, Tally, websites, CRM
platforms, payment gateways, and other business applications.
- Assist in API integrations and automation of business processes.
- Work on digital sales integrations to improve customer enquiry
management and lead conversion.
- Support implementation of digital workflows that enhance operational
efficiency.
Cloud Infrastructure & IT Administration
- Manage and administer cloud-based desktop environments (AWS
WorkSpaces).
- Configure user accounts, permissions, cloud resources, and access
controls.
- Assist in hardware, software, printer, email, and network administration.
- Monitor system health, backups, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Maintain IT assets and software licenses.
Digital Business Support
- Support digital initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and
Operations.
- Maintain digital brochures, product catalogues, presentations, and
downloadable marketing assets.
- Assist in implementation of e-commerce and digital sales initiatives.
- Support AI-powered business applications and digital transformation
projects undertaken by the Group.
Technical Support
- Provide first-level IT support to employees.
- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and networking issues.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for technical support whenever
required.
- Maintain documentation for IT systems and standard operating
procedures.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, BCA, MCA, or an
equivalent Computer Science-related discipline.
Experience
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in IT, System Administration, Web
Development, or Business Applications is preferred.
- Internship experience in IT or web technologies will be an added
advantage.
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website development.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other Content Management Systems
(CMS).
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts; exposure to AWS
WorkSpaces or AWS services is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and business applications.
- Knowledge of Tally and ERP integration concepts is desirable.
- Familiarity with APIs and third-party software integrations.
- Understanding of payment gateway integrations is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of SQL/MySQL databases.
- Familiarity with website hosting, DNS, SSL certificates, and domain
management.
- Basic networking concepts (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of Python, PHP, or other scripting/programming languages
will be an added advantage.
- Interest in AI tools, automation, and digital transformation technologies.
