looking for an experienced BDM to drive sales and business growth for genomics and diagnostic services in Bangalore. The role involves managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and leading regional sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth for genomics / molecular diagnostics products
- Build and manage relationships with hospitals, labs, and clinicians
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Lead, train, and monitor field sales team performance
- Coordinate with marketing & operations for smooth execution
- Track competition and market trends
Requirements
- 3–8 years of sales experience in diagnostics / genomics / healthcare
- Strong network with doctors, hospitals, and labs
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication & team management skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
