Job Opening – SEO Manager
Location: Shakti Nagar, Delhi
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Experience: 3-5 years (preferred, with team handling experience)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager who can lead our SEO function end-to-end — from strategy to execution — and manage a team of SEO interns and executives. The role covers on-page and off-page SEO for multiple websites, along with emerging focus areas like optimizing content visibility for AI search platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Team Management
Lead and mentor a team of SEO interns and executives across multiple sites
Develop and execute short-term and long-term SEO roadmaps aligned with business goals
Conduct keyword research and intent analysis to identify opportunities and content gaps
Plan and manage link-building strategies and digital PR initiatives
Technical SEO
Conduct routine technical audits (site speed, mobile usability, crawlability, indexation, schema markup, site architecture)
Work with developers to ensure SEO best practices are built into every release
On-Page & Content Optimization
Guide content creators on optimizing existing and new pages for target keywords
Optimize meta descriptions, title tags, headers, internal linking, and page layout for rankings and CRO
Emerging Focus – AI Search (AEO)
Optimize content and site structure for visibility on AI-driven platforms like ChatGPT and Claude
Analytics & Reporting
Track organic sessions, keyword rankings, conversions, and backlink profiles
Monitor algorithm updates and adjust strategy accordingly
Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights for management
Requirements:
Proven experience managing SEO for multiple websites
Prior experience leading a team (interns/executives)
Strong grasp of both technical and content SEO
Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush, etc.)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
