We are looking for smart, confident, and highly experienced Telecalling Executives to join our growing Advertising & Marketing Agency.
If you have strong communication skills and the ability to handle clients and close deals through calls, messages, and emails, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients across various industries
- Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Explain and sell our services (Digital Marketing, Advertisements, Branding, etc.)
- Handle client queries professionally
- Convert leads into successful sales
- Maintain strong client relationships
Requirements:
- Experience in Telecalling / Sales is Mandatory
- Strong communication & convincing skills
- Ability to close deals independently
- Fluent in English & Tamil (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
- Hindi is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of sales & marketing preferred
