We are hiring for Customer Support Specialist for UK Telecom process (International Voice process )
Experience- 1-5 years
NOTE: Candidate must have experience in UK Telecom Inbound process
Eligibility Criteria:
Query Resolution: Address incoming calls, chats, or emails regarding billing, account details, and plan changes.
Sales & Up-selling: Identify customer needs to cross-sell or upsell telecom products like premium internet, cable plans, or bundled services.
Excellent customer handling Resolving issues & end to end support through calls.
Must have knowledge in VOIP
