About The Role:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Martial Arts Coach to train students in one or more of the following disciplines: Muay Thai Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Wrestling Kickboxing Boxing Self-Defense Training Both Indian and international candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct group and private training sessions. Teach proper striking, grappling, takedown, and self-defense techniques. Develop structured training programs for beginners, intermediate, and advanced students. Conduct pad work, sparring sessions, technique drills, and conditioning workouts. Monitor student progress and provide personalized guidance. Maintain a safe, disciplined, and motivating training environment. Prepare students for competitions, tournaments, and grading events where applicable. Promote fitness, discipline, confidence, and martial arts values among students. Requirements: Experience in MMA, Muay Thai, BJJ, Wrestling, Boxing, Kickboxing, or related combat sports. Previous coaching experience preferred. Ability to train both kids and adults. Strong communication and leadership skills. Competitive fight experience is a plus. Relevant certifications are preferred but not mandatory for highly skilled candidates. Preferred Qualifications Muay Thai Instructor Certification IFMA / WMC Certifications BJJ Belt Rank (Blue Belt or above preferred) MMA Coaching Experience Wrestling or Boxing Background Professional or Amateur Competition Experience Who Should Apply?
