They are responsible for meeting enrollment targets, ensuring candidate retention, and supporting placement activities by acting as a key bridge between the community and the training center.
- Community Outreach & Mobilization: Conduct door-to-door visits, workshops, and community meetings to raise awareness of skill development programs.
- Target-Based Enrollment: Identify and register eligible youth from targeted demographics (e.g., economically weaker sections) to meet center enrollment targets.
- Counseling & Relationship Building: Counsel youth and parents about career opportunities, course benefits, and placements to secure buy-in.
- Retention Management: Monitor attendance and follow up with trainees to reduce dropouts.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of daily field activities, outreach efforts, and student data using digital tools like Google Sheets or CRM apps.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Network with local NGOs, influencers, community leaders, and educational institutes to maximize outreach.
