Job Title: Merchandising Manager – Woven Sales & Marketing
Industry: Textile / Garment Manufacturing (Woven)
Experience: 5–10 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle woven fabric / garment sales & merchandising activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with buyers and clients
- Manage order execution, costing, sampling, and product development
- Coordinate with production, sourcing, and quality teams for timely delivery
- Prepare sales plans and achieve business targets
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Handle buyer communication, negotiations, and follow-ups
- Ensure customer satisfaction and on-time shipment execution
- Monitor merchandising processes and team performance
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of woven fabrics and garment merchandising
- Sales & marketing expertise in textile/apparel industry
- Buyer handling and negotiation skills
- Costing, sampling, and production coordination knowledge
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- MS Excel / ERP knowledge
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
