Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist - Non-IT/Medical
Location: Bhopal - Arera Colony
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in Non-IT or Medical sectors.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for Non-IT and Medical positions.
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods to attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, providing timely feedback and communication.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively attract and retain talent.
- Reporting: Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management on hiring progress.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
