Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Patient Counselor with prior experience in an Eye Hospital/Eye Care Center. The candidate should be a local resident, aged 30 years or above, with excellent communication and patient-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel patients regarding eye treatments, surgeries, and procedures.
- Coordinate with doctors and patients for consultations and follow-ups.
- Explain treatment plans, packages, and surgery-related information.
- Handle patient queries and provide exceptional patient support.
- Maintain patient records and ensure smooth patient flow.
- Assist in achieving counseling and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Patient Counselor in an Eye Hospital/Eye Care Center.
- Age: 30 years or above.
- Must be a local candidate.
- Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage patients empathetically and professionally.
Compensation:
Salary: Depends on experience, performance, and ability to achieve counseling/conversion targets.
Preferred:
- Experience in cataract, LASIK, retina, or other ophthalmology-related counseling.
- Basic computer knowledge and record management skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
