We are looking for a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative operations of the branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining documentation, handling member queries, assisting with branch administration, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize branch records, files, and documentation.
- Prepare, update, and manage administrative documents and reports.
- Handle member inquiries and provide professional assistance.
- Support daily branch operations and administrative activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient workflow.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in processing applications, forms, and other branch-related documents.
- Carry out other administrative duties assigned by the Branch Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) / Related Field
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
