Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily production activities in plating/passivation line
- Maintain process parameters (temperature, time, chemical concentration)
- Monitor chemical usage and bath maintenance
- Ensure product quality and reduce rejection
- Conduct basic quality checks (visual, copper sulfate test, etc.)
- Manage shop floor manpower and assign work
- Ensure proper working of tanks, heaters, and control panels
- Maintain daily production and consumption reports
Skills Required
- Experience in plating / surface treatment
- Basic electrical knowledge (heater, timer, panel)
- Problem-solving and team handling.
Qualification
- B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical / Chemical / Metallurgy preferred)
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
