Job Summary
The Admission Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective parents through the admission process, providing information about the school’s programs, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience. The role involves generating admissions, maintaining parent relationships, and supporting the school’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle admission inquiries through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Conduct school tours and explain the school’s curriculum, facilities, and policies to prospective parents.
- Counsel parents regarding admission procedures, fee structure, and school programs.
- Follow up with prospective families to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain and update admission records, databases, and student documentation.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams during the admission process.
- Organize and participate in admission drives, open houses, orientations, and promotional events.
- Ensure timely completion and verification of admission forms and supporting documents.
- Build positive relationships with parents and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare admission reports and submit regular updates to the management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tasks.
- Pleasant personality with a parent-centric approach.

Pay: ₹9,735.81 - ₹17,143.56 per month
