Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create visually compelling designs for digital and print media. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, experience with professional design software, and the ability to develop engaging creatives that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Development
- Design social media posts, ad creatives, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, and marketing materials.
- Develop website graphics, landing page creatives, and email marketing visuals.
- Design branding materials including logos, presentations, and corporate communication assets.
- Create visually appealing creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital campaigns.
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing, content, video, and branding teams.
- Understand campaign objectives and translate them into impactful visual designs.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
Required Software Skills
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator

- Adobe Lightroom
- Adobe XD
- Adobe After Effects
- CorelDRAW
- Canva Pro
- Figma
- AI Design Tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar AI creative tools)
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to create high-converting marketing creatives.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of Graphic Design experience.
- Experience in Healthcare, Ayurveda, Wellness, Pharmaceutical.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media, branding, advertising, and marketing creatives.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is an added advantage.
