About Us
Zolvex Home Services is a fast-growing home cleaning company providing professional deep cleaning services across Kerala. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our team and help convert customer enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via Phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and Website.
- Explain our services, pricing, and offers clearly.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed service bookings.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain customer relationships.
- Update customer details and booking information.
- Coordinate with the operations team for scheduling and service delivery.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Malayalam (English is an added advantage).
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Friendly, confident, and convincing communication skills.
- Ability to build trust with customers.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred but freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Telecalling or telesales experience.
- Customer relationship management.
- Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries efficiently.
- Basic computer knowledge.
