We are looking for a Registration & User Onboarding Executive to assist users in completing the registration process on our platform. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and ensure users complete registrations accurately while maintaining data privacy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide users through the complete registration process.
- Assist users in entering their own information accurately.
- Ensure successful completion of registrations.
- Maintain records of completed registrations.
- Resolve basic registration-related issues.
- Follow company SOPs and compliance guidelines.
- Achieve daily and monthly registration targets.
