We are looking for a highly skilled Engineering Manager with a strong deep-tech background and hands-on expertise in building scalable B2B SaaS platforms. This role requires a blend of technical leadership and people management, with a focus on architecting robust systems and driving high-performing engineering teams.
Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing engineering teams.
Architect and design scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems.
Drive end-to-end ownership of product development and delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and DevOps.
Ensure best practices in microservices architecture, API design, and system scalability.
Oversee performance optimization, system reliability, and observability.
Contribute hands-on to critical technical decisions and problem-solving.
Build and scale large SaaS platforms handling high traffic and data volumes.
Backend & Frontend: Java, Node.js, React.js, TypeScript
Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL
DevOps & Cloud: Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, AWS, GCP
Distributed Systems: Kafka, Redis, RabbitMQ
Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture & API Design
Experience delivering high-scale, high-performance production systems
Expertise in distributed systems and performance tuning
Strong knowledge of scalability, reliability, and observability
Proven experience leading high-performing engineering teams
Hands-on experience in architecture, solutioning, and system design
Experience building and scaling large SaaS platforms
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Background in B2B product companies
Candidates from product-based organizations preferred over services firms
Experience working in Series B / Series C startups
Track record of contributing to successful and scalable products
