Groupsoft is seeking two seasoned Solution Architects.
In this role, the you will leverage deep SAP expertise to drive digital transformation for our clients within the Retail, Fashion, and CPG industries.
You will be a key player in both the growth and delivery phases of our business, acting as a bridge between technical innovation and business strategy.

Location: Pune or Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-time. On direct payroll
Travel: Required. National and international, primarily focused on Asian projects
Core Responsibilities
Client Management: Lead high-stakes client interactions, managing expectations, and building long-term trust as a technical authority
Strategic advisory: Seamlessly transition into a consultant or Advisor role to guide customers and prospects through complex digital transformation initiatives
Pre-sales support: Partner with sales teams to lead technical presentations, conduct discovery sessions, and architect solutions for prospective clients
Solution delivery: Oversee the architectural integrity of SAP implementations, ensuring solutions are scalable, efficient, and industry-aligned
Mentorship: Act as a technical beacon for the organization by guiding and mentoring young professionals to foster a culture of continuous learning
Thought leadership: Contribute to Groupsoft’s brand authority by collaborating with the marketing team to produce impactful content. Represent the company as a subject matter expert at events
Required Qualifications and Skills
SAP expertise: Extensive experience in SAP architecture and ecosystem, with a proven track record of successful full-cycle implementations
Domain knowledge: Significant experience within the Retail, Fashion, or CPG industries is mandatory
Professional background: 12+ years of experience. Candidates under 35 years of age are preferred and will align with our current team dynamics and growth trajectory
Communication: Good communication and presentation skills; must be comfortable facing off with C-suite stakeholders and project leads alike.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead delivery teams and provide mentorship to junior consultants
