- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads generated through the website, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable resorts, venues, and outing packages.
- Follow up with inquiries and convert leads into bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with resorts and venue partners regarding availability, pricing, and booking confirmations.
- Handle customer queries professionally via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat bookings.
