Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable PGT Physics Teacher to teach Physics to students of Classes XI–XII. The candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to make complex concepts easy to understand through practical and application-based learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver effective Physics lessons in accordance with the CBSE/ICSE curriculum.
- Teach topics including Mechanics, Electricity, Magnetism, Optics, Modern Physics, Thermodynamics, and Waves with conceptual clarity.
- Conduct laboratory practicals, experiments, and demonstrations while ensuring lab safety standards.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, question papers, and study materials.
- Assess and evaluate students through tests, projects, practicals, and examinations.
- Provide academic guidance, remedial support, and doubt-clearing sessions to students.
- Encourage analytical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific temperament among students.
- Integrate smart classroom tools, simulations, and technology-enabled teaching methods.
- Prepare students for board examinations, competitive exams, Olympiads, and science exhibitions.
- Maintain attendance records, assessment reports, and student progress documentation.
- Participate in PTMs, workshops, training sessions, and school academic activities.
- Maintain discipline and foster a positive classroom environment.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Physics or related field.
- B.Ed. degree from a recognized institution (mandatory).
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in reputed CBSE/ICSE schools preferred.
- Strong command over Physics concepts and practical applications.
