Qualifications & Skills:
● Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or any discipline (non-mechanical candidates with strong business acumen are also welcome).
● Prior experience in Business Development / Sales & Marketing / Client Relationship Management is an advantage.
● Strong communication skills in Tamil & English (fluency required). Knowledge of additional languages will be an added advantage.
● Proficiency in using CRM systems.
● Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and a client-focused mindset.
● Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
