✔ Design and run cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeting electronics product companies, startups, and OEMs.
✔ Build and maintain prospect lists using tools like Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
✔ Qualify leads, set appointments, and hand off to the technical or leadership team for closing.
✔ Maintain CRM (HubSpot/Zoho/etc.), ensuring all touchpoints and lead status are tracked.
✔ Identify decision-makers (CTOs, Heads of Engineering, Procurement Teams) and plan tailored outreach strategies.
✔ Work closely with senior stakeholders to build a predictable sales pipeline and increase conversion rates.
✔ Collaborate with engineering teams to create solution decks, capability presentations, and technical overviews for proposals.
✔ Assist in writing targeted sales content, including email sequences, product brochures, and engagement scripts.
✔ Own the pre-sales documentation process and RFQ response coordination.
✔ Track competitor offerings and identify market whitespace for embedded systems, electronics design, and IoT development.
✔ Conduct account-based research to craft personalized outreach strategies.
✔ Help segment our service portfolio to suit different industries (Medical, Automotive, Industrial, Consumer IoT, etc.).
✔ Test and measure new outbound channels (e.g., founder videos, case study campaigns, interactive emails).
✔ Use analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and iterate for better results.
✔ 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, pre-sales, or demand generation, preferably in tech services or product engineering.
✔ Proven track record with cold outreach, LinkedIn campaigns, and email marketing.
✔ Strong command of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
✔ Exceptional communication, storytelling, and client engagement skills.
✔ Understanding of embedded systems, electronics services, or the product development lifecycle.
➕ Experience working with or selling to hardware/electronics/IoT companies.
➕ Familiarity with marketing automation (Lemlist, Mailshake, Instantly.ai, or similar).
➕ Technical curiosity — ability to grasp product-level conversations (e.g., ESP32, LoRa, BLE, STM32, PCB design, etc.).
