Customer Support Executive
Responsibilities:
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Schedule appointments and manage follow-ups
- Explain skin care services, treatments, and packages
- Maintain patient records and billing coordination
- Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English & local language)
- Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude
- Basic computer & WhatsApp handling skills
- Experience in clinic / salon / hospitality preferred
Location: Chennai
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong communications skills can apply)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
