About the Role
We are seeking a driven and proactive Business Development Executive to join our growth team. This role is essential to our expansion, as you will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building a robust sales pipeline, and supporting the team in converting prospects into long-term partners. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and eager to drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential clients, track market trends, and gather competitive insights to support informed decision-making on growth opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media engagement, and networking to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Proposal & Presentation: Prepare and format professional business proposals, sales materials, and presentations that effectively communicate our company’s value proposition.
- CRM Management: Maintain high data integrity by updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate lead info and records of client interactions.
- Sales Operations Support: Support the sales lifecycle by managing schedules, coordinating client meetings, and ensuring the team has all necessary materials for successful presentations.
- Strategic Communication: Act as a bridge between the business development team and potential clients to ensure seamless communication and a professional onboarding experience.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, business development, or lead generation is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective outreach and proposal writing.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and experience working with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).
- Attributes: Strong organizational skills, a self-starter attitude, and the ability to work towards set KPIs and goals.
