Full Job Description
Angroos Gifts Boutique is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO & E-commerce Managing Executive to manage our online store, improve website visibility through SEO, optimize product listings, and support online sales growth. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of SEO, e-commerce platforms, product management, and digital marketing.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update products on the company website.
- Create and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
- Perform on-page and basic off-page SEO activities.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Improve search engine rankings and organic website traffic.
- Manage website banners, categories, landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the photography, design, and content teams to upload new products.
- Monitor product availability and coordinate with inventory and sales teams.
- Handle website enquiries received through the website, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Coordinate with customers regarding online orders and order status.
- Monitor website performance, identify issues, and coordinate with the development team when required.
- Generate reports on website traffic, sales, and SEO performance.
- Research industry trends and recommend improvements to increase online sales.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and e-commerce management.
- Experience with WordPress/WooCommerce is preferred.
- Knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of HTML, image optimization, and website content management is preferred.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Experience in SEO, website management, e-commerce, or digital marketing is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
