Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients through cold calling and email marketing, and fostering strong relationships to drive business growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and oral. A proactive attitude, a willingness to learn, and creativity in approaching challenges are essential attributes for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Digital Sales Executive will be responsible for inbound/outbound calls, cold calling and account management.
- Generation of Sales Revenue and Gross Margin from tele-sales accounts as per target/business plan.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Ensure that our market share is intact for those Businesses that are addressable by us from those sets of accounts.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified, prospective clients.
- Follow up with clients.
- Keep track of potential customers and their requirement
Required Qualification & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Generate leads and contact potential clients via cold calling and email marketing.
- Build and nurture client relationships to facilitate business growth.
- Coordinate effectively and negotiate confidently with prospects.
- Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proactively approach challenges with creativity and a willingness to learn.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- The ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
