Role Summary
Gramton Weighing Automations Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Area Sales Manager with experience in industrial product or machinery sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving regional revenue growth, developing new business, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales in the assigned territory.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in manufacturing and industrial sectors.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong follow-up for order closure and collections.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Required Skills
- Experience in industrial product or machinery sales.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-driven and target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (Technical background / MBA preferred).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
