Job Description: Sales Development Representative
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 4-6 years of experience to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about sales and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
Conduct outbound prospecting through various channels such as cold calls, emails, and social media.
Identify potential clients by researching companies, industries, and key decision-makers.
Qualification of Leads:
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them as potential customers based on predefined criteria.
Use lead qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC) to ensure the right opportunities are passed to the sales team.
Appointment Setting:
Schedule meetings, product demos, or introductory calls for senior sales representatives or account executives.
Relationship Building:
Nurture prospects through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication.
Develop trust and rapport with leads to keep them engaged in the sales cycle.
Market Intelligence and Insights:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on prospect responses and market insights.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Track and report key performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates and pipeline growth.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
4-6 years of experience in sales development, business development, or inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or Apollo).
Familiarity with email automation tools and prospecting strategies.
Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Resilient, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
