Job Summary
The Workshop & Warehouse Dispatch Manager is responsible for managing the workshop team, planning daily production, maintaining product quality, managing inventory, and ensuring all online and offline orders are dispatched on time.

Key ResponsibilitiesWorkshop Planning & Production
- Plan daily production activities.
- Assign work to the workshop team.
- Ensure all jobs are completed on time.
- Coordinate with the carpenter, welder, electronics technician, and painter.
- Plan production for custom and bulk orders.
- Achieve daily production targets.
Quality Control
- Check product quality before dispatch.
- Ensure proper finishing, assembly, wiring, welding, and painting.
- Reduce rework and material wastage.
Material & Inventory
- Ensure raw materials are available when needed.
- Monitor material usage and stock.
- Raise material requirements for purchasing.
- Ensure proper maintenance of workshop tools and machines.
Warehouse & Dispatch
- Plan and schedule online and offline order dispatches.
- Ensure correct packing, labeling, and shipment.
- Coordinate with courier and transport partners.
- Deliver priority orders on time.
- Maintain dispatch records and documents.
Coordination
- Work closely with the Sales, Customer Support, and Procurement teams.
- Prioritize urgent orders.
- Update production plans based on delivery commitments.

- Daily Production Report
- Daily Dispatch Report
- Pending Orders Report
- Material Requirement Report
- Team Attendance & Productivity Report
Skills Required
- Experience in workshop production planning.
- Team management and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse and dispatch operations.
- Basic inventory management.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Qualification
- ITI, Diploma, or Graduate (Supply chain, Production, or related field preferred).
- 75–7 years of experience in workshop, manufacturing, or warehouse operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
