You'll independently edit reels, shorts, and podcast content from raw footage to final export — pacing, sound, captions, and visual polish included. Ideal for someone who has been editing on their own and is ready to do it professionally, full-time.
What You'll Do
- Edit reels, shorts, and podcast segments end-to-end
- Handle pacing, cuts, transitions, sound design, and captions
- Work closely with anchors/creators to bring scripts and ideas to life visually
- Add basic motion graphics, text animations, and thumbnails
- Manage footage organization and file/version control
- Stay updated on Instagram/YouTube editing trends and formats
- Take feedback and revise edits quickly
Who We're Looking For
- Comfortable with Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve (at least 2, professionally)
- Strong sense of rhythm, pacing, and storytelling through cuts
- Basic understanding of sound design and color correction
- Self-driven, deadline-oriented, and detail-focused
- Freshers with strong personal/freelance edit portfolios encouraged to apply
Nice to Have
- Experience editing for Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts (personal or freelance)
- Basic motion graphics knowledge
- Understanding of podcast/long-form editing
- A demo reel or portfolio link
