- Project Execution: Oversee site activities to ensure construction conforms to approved blueprints, technical specifications, and building codes.
- Budget & Cost Control: Prepare cost estimates, manage project budgets, track expenditures, and process contractor billing.
- Scheduling: Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on schedule while mitigating delays.
- Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead a team of junior engineers, allocate daily tasks, and liaise with clients, architects, and vendors.
- Quality & Safety (QA/QC): Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols on-site and ensure high-quality construction standards are maintained.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
- Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 8 to \(15+\) years of progressive experience in civil construction and project management.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is often preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
