Job Role: Trainee / Jr. Executive - QC
Role Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QC Trainee / Junior Executive to support quality control activities by performing analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. This role offers hands-on exposure to laboratory instruments, quality systems, and industry-standard testing procedures.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products as per approved specifications and SOPs.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, FTIR, Karl Fischer Titrator, and pH meters.
- Prepare reagents, standard solutions, and laboratory records.
- Ensure accurate documentation of test results in compliance with GLP/GMP requirements.
- Assist in laboratory calibration, validation, inventory management, and quality investigations.
- Follow all EHS and laboratory safety guidelines.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- MSc. Chemistry candidates are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in QC/QA is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of wet chemistry, titration, and chemical analysis techniques.
- Understanding of chromatographic and spectroscopic instruments (HPLC, GC, UV, etc.).
- Familiarity with GLP, GMP, or ISO quality systems is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
