Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel front office
We are looking for a smart, customer-focused, and responsible Front Office Executive to manage guest interactions, reservations, and front desk operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and basic knowledge of OTA platforms like Booking.com and MakeMyTrip.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and manage check-in & check-out smoothly
- Handle room reservations via phone, email, and OTAs
- Manage OTA bookings from platforms like Agoda and Expedia
- Ensure proper room allocation and coordination with housekeeping
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and provide quick resolution
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing details
- Ensure rate updates and availability coordination (if assigned)
- Respond to guest reviews on OTA platforms
- Support occupancy growth through upselling and walk-in conversions
Required Skills
- Good communication (English & Tamil preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & PMS systems)
- Understanding of online booking platforms
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
