Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic and driven Sales Representatives to join our growing fintech team. The role involves building strong client relationships, driving adoption of KwikPaisa’s payment and banking solutions, and contributing to revenue growth.
You’ll be the face of KwikPaisa in the market—educating customers, onboarding merchants, and ensuring businesses leverage our digital banking ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients (SMEs, startups, enterprises, and individual customers).
- Promote KwikPaisa’s payment gateway, digital banking, and fintech solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and upselling.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Provide feedback from the field to improve product offerings and customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in fintech, banking, SaaS, or payments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with understanding of digital payments and fintech trends.
- Fluency in Hindi and English; local language proficiency is a plus.

Pay: ₹9,106.23 - ₹36,680.02 per month
