Role Overview
We’re looking for a warm, empathetic, and proactive individual who can connect with our patients over the phone, understand their experiences, take detailed feedback, and resolve any issues they may have.
This role is key to ensuring that every patient journey at Pravaayu ends with satisfaction and trust.
Key Responsibilities
o Call patients post-consultation and during therapy to collect structured feedback.
o Understand their experience with doctors, therapists, and support staff.
o Identify any dissatisfaction or concern early.
o Handle patient concerns with empathy and professionalism over the call. o Coordinate internally with the clinic team to resolve issues quickly.
o Follow up with the patient till the issue is fully closed.
o Maintain a daily log of feedback, complaints, and resolutions.
o Share key insights and trends with the management team weekly.
o Suggest process improvements based on recurring feedback.
o Ensure every patient leaves the call feeling heard, valued, and cared for.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate with 6months-1yr of experience in customer service / tele-calling / patient relations.
- Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Marathi/Gujarati.
- Empathetic listener, patient, and solution oriented.
- Comfortable handling emotional or sensitive conversations.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
