This role is for a performance marketer who is done being measured on clicks and raw lead counts, and wants to be judged on the thing that actually matters: qualified pipeline and revenue.
You will own paid acquisition end to end, work alongside some of the biggest names in the industry, and help shape the AI product that is changing how this work gets done.

Today, even a great performance marketer spends most of their time stitching the pipeline together by hand: launching campaigns, chasing and nurturing leads, and figuring out which ones are actually worth a sales call. Our agents take on that heavy lifting. They launch and optimise campaigns, engage and nurture every lead (our Data Engagement Agents), and score them for sales-readiness (our Lead

What you’ll own
Paid acquisition, end to end

Plan, launch, and scale campaigns on Meta (primary) and Google (secondary)

Own the full funnel, from CTR and CPL through to qualified pipeline and revenue

Operate with real budgets and real accountability Execution at speed

Launch and iterate continuously; cut what isn’t working, scale what is

Test creatives, hooks, copy, audiences, and landing pages constantly
Performance tracking & optimisation

Track and optimise CPL, CPQL, CAC, and ROAS

Build and own daily performance dashboards

Spot funnel drop-offs and fix them fast Creative & GTM

Work closely with content and design to ship ads that convert

Bring a real point of view on audience behaviour, messaging, and positioning experimentation

Run structured A/B tests across creatives, hooks, audiences, and pages

Build a repeatable system that brings acquisition costs down over time: Shaping the product

Turn what works into the playbooks and signals our agents learn from

Work with product and engineering to make the agents better at the job you know best
What we’re looking for
Must-have metrics
- 5+ years in performance marketing, with a track record you can point to in revenue, not vanity
- Deep, hands-on Meta Ads experience (non-negotiable), plus strong working knowledge of Google Ads
- Comfort with the numbers that matter: CTR, CPL, CPQL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and full-funnel conversion
- Experience managing meaningful ad budgets
- An AI-ready way of working — you already use AI tools to move faster, and you want to work with agents, not around them
- High ownership and the ability to run independently in a fast-moving startup
Strongly preferred
- A background in real estate, high-ticket B2C, or lead generation
• A strong instinct for ad copy and hooks• A good grasp of landing-page and conversion-rate optimisation
- You’re happy pulling and reading your own data
