Key Responsibilities
- Handle qualified inbound enquiries generated through our marketing campaigns.
- Engage with prospective homebuyers and investors to understand their requirements.
- Explain project features, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Coordinate and conduct site visits with clients.
- Build strong client relationships and provide end-to-end assistance throughout the buying journey.
- Follow up with prospects and convert enquiries into successful bookings.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales is mandatory.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach.
- Good knowledge of the Kolkata real estate market will be an advantage.
