Job Description -
- The role is responsible for optimizing stock flow and fulfillment across the supply chain by
- applying strong critical thinking and data analysis skills. This position involves designing,
- developing, and continuously improving effective supply chain processes to ensure
- smooth operations from end to end.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams including buying, planning, logistics, and
- store operations to deliver key supply chain outcomes. A major part of the role is driving
- process improvements across all aspects of supply chain activities, covering ordering,
- inventory flow, and fulfillment.
- The role also includes managing and coordinating supplier ordering to ensure timely
- deliveries and optimized lead times. You will be responsible for planning suppliers’ delivery
- schedules and maintaining optimal inventory levels to support business growth while
- ensuring product availability.
- Ensuring reliable product supply from vendors to stores or customers’ locations is critical.
- This involves continuously optimizing processes and using data insights to enhance
- customer experience and deliver value to the business. You will also support initiatives to
- improve retail supply chain operations to ensure efficient distribution and fulfillment of
- products.
Education & Experience -
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- Certifications such as CSCP, CPSM, CIPS, or SRM-focused programs are preferred
- Experience in retail or retail-linked sectors is an advantage
- Lean Six Sigma experience is desirable
