Job Description: • Graduation or post-graduation in commerce or accounting with relevant experience of 3-5 years in MIS reporting, analysis of budget to actual variances, querying financial data • Perform analysis and insights into revenue, assignments and consultant contributions and to identify key business drivers • Prepare FP&A reports in a timely & accurate manner • Good oral and written communication skills in English • Excellent knowledge in MS Office applications • Understanding of end-to-end processes and appreciation of critical parameters • Problem identification and analytical ability. • Strong knowledge of MS Office • Self-initiative, drive and zeal for continuous improvement. • Ability to discharge the responsibilities in a conflicting environment • Conformance with Policies/Compliances • Ability to coach and give feedback on an ongoing basis.
