JOB SUMMARY
FurnFlex Interiors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage and supervise civil and interior works for a residential tower project in Kalwa, Thane.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in modular furniture installation and interior execution, along with strong site coordination and supervision skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise modular furniture works, including site measurements, installation and execution.
- Supervise interior works such as false ceiling, tiling, painting and electrical fittings.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, clients, designers and the site team.
- Take and verify site measurements and ensure execution as per requirements.
- Receive materials at site and conduct quantity and quality checks.
- Verify material challans and bills.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure timely completion of work.
- Coordinate with different teams to resolve site-related issues.
- Maintain proper site records and documentation.
- Take overall responsibility for site management until project completion.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in civil and interior site supervision.
- Hands-on experience with modular furniture measurement and installation is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of interior execution and finishing works.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage subcontractors, vendors and site teams.
- Good understanding of material checking, challans and bill verification.
- Strong site management and problem-solving abilities.
