Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and result-oriented IELTS and PTE training sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and practice tests.
- Assess students' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct mock tests and monitor students' progress.
- Help students improve their English language skills in Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
- Guide students with effective exam strategies and time management techniques.
- Maintain attendance records and student performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest IELTS and PTE exam patterns.
Requirements
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Freshers are welcome, but prior experience as an IELTS and/or PTE Trainer is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate students and create an interactive learning environment.
- Familiarity with Cambridge IELTS materials and Pearson PTE exam format.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (English or Education background)
Preferred Skills
- Proven track record of helping students achieve high band scores.
- Ability to teach both online and offline classes.
- Good classroom management and mentoring skills.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
