Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of IT services (Web Development, App Development, Shopify, etc.)
- Familiarity with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn is a plus
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
- Ability to handle client conversations and build long-term relationships
- Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn
- Write and submit effective, customized business proposals
- Communicate with potential clients and understand their requirements
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
Recruitment Process:
- Initial screening (Resume + basic communication check)
- Interview (Communication skills + platform knowledge)
- Practical task (Proposal writing or lead generation sample)
- Final selection and onboarding
Experience: 1 Year–5 year of experience in a BDE role
