About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Editing & Video Creation Intern to join our marketing team. This internship is ideal for candidates who are passionate about video editing, social media content, visual storytelling, and digital marketing.
The selected candidate will get hands-on experience working on real business content for our brands, including Varistor Technologies, VariEx, Varistor Solar, and SolarClue.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, promotional videos, and other digital content.
- Create engaging and creative video content for social media platforms.
- Assist with video shooting using smartphones/cameras when required.
- Add captions, transitions, music, effects, graphics, and animations to videos.
- Assist in creating product, educational, promotional, and corporate videos.
- Research trending content formats, topics, sounds, and social media trends.
- Develop creative concepts and contribute ideas for new content.
- Assist with basic scripting and content planning.
- Repurpose existing videos and content into different formats.
- Maintain an organized library of raw footage, project files, graphics, and completed videos.
- Work closely with the marketing team to meet content requirements and deadlines.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar video editing software.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with an interest in visual storytelling.
- Good sense of timing, transitions, music, and video composition.
- Basic graphic design knowledge will be an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new content styles.
- Ability to work from the office and meet assigned deadlines.

Mandatory Internship Commitment
This is a 6-month compulsory internship.
Candidates applying for this position must be willing to complete the full 6-month internship period. Candidates who are unable to commit to the complete duration are requested not to apply.
The internship is primarily a learning opportunity. Based on the candidate's skills, performance, consistency, and contribution, a stipend of up to ₹3,000 per month will be provided.
