CAFE ASSOCIATE
We are looking for a Cafe Associate to manage customer service and support daily café operations. The role includes serving ice creams, beverages, handling orders, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide excellent service.
- Take orders and handle billing/POS operations.
- Serve ice creams, beverages, and café products.
- Maintain counter display, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
- Support stock handling and daily outlet activities.
- Follow food safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the team for smooth café operations.
Skills Required
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and professional grooming.
- Teamwork and multitasking ability.
- Basic billing and POS knowledge.
- Strong focus on cleanliness and hygiene.
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / Degree preferred.
- Hotel Management, Catering, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or related background preferred.
- Minimum experience in Café / Bakery / QSR is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of customer service, counter operations, and food handling.
