Manager / Senior Manager – Infrastructure Projects.
Location: Navi Mumbai / Palava Region.
Experience: 10–15 Years.
Role Summary:
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of infrastructure projects including roads, highways, bridges, water pipelines, and utility networks.
The role requires strong ownership across execution, approvals, land matters, and multi-agency coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive execution of infra projects: roads, highways, bridges, pipelines, and utilities, pipeline, pumping stations, storage, and distribution.
Handle land acquisition and Right-of-Way (RoW) finalization.
Manage government liaisoning & approvals with CIDCO, MIDC, Indian Railways, Municipal Corporations, Collector Office, etc.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and private stakeholders
Oversee design reviews, DPRs, tendering, and execution planning
Monitor site execution, timelines, cost, and quality.
Resolve on-ground issues: utility crossings, permissions, inter-agency dependencies
Prepare MIS, dashboards, and leadership updates
Must-Have Requirements;
B.E. / B.Tech – Civil Engineering
10–15 years experience in core infrastructure projects.
Hands-on experience in pipeline / road / highway / infra execution.
Strong exposure to government approvals & liaisoning
Experience in land / RoW / leasing matters
Must have handled on-ground execution works.
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
